- Formulate and oversee a corrective action and continuous improvement strategy.
- Establish and nurture commercial partnerships within the industry.
- Design a prospecting strategy, assess market opportunities within the designated area, and execute the growth plan in collaboration with management.
- Foster relationships with current suppliers, boost activity levels, and manage bids in alignment with commercial standards.
- Evaluate technical and economic viability, craft technical and financial proposals, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Ensure adherence to commercial directives, pricing structures, and purchasing conditions set forth by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
- Conduct visits to ensure compliance with individual systems and eco-organism regulations, implementing necessary action plans for inspections.
- Address and resolve customer and supplier inquiries and grievances.
- This role requires extensive travel across multiple regions in France.
- A company vehicle will be provided for business purposes.
- The annual gross salary begins at 45,000 EUR, excluding additional benefits.
- Possess a minimum Bac+2 qualification with proven experience in a comparable position within the Automotive sector.
- Demonstrate expertise in both technical and commercial domains, with a solid understanding of the End-of-Life Vehicle Recycling industry.
- Exhibit curiosity and a commitment to mastering new sales methodologies.
- Ability to articulate technical requirements to clients and suppliers while engaging with various stakeholders.
- Operational role within a forward-thinking environment.
