Your Role

Mission:

To foster its expansion, Itera Innovation is on the lookout for a CTO Co-Founder Associate. In this role, you will manage all essential tools for the internal development of the company. Externally, you will perform or coordinate technical evaluations of businesses seeking funding.

Your Skills

Profile & Competencies:

Educational qualifications: a degree from a general engineering school specializing in physics and/or computer science.

Experience in roles such as CTO, Lead Developer, or Project Manager (in startups, consulting firms, etc.).

(Internal) Proficiency and enhancement of digital tools and automation: Webflow, Brevo, Airtable, Notion, Stripe, Zapier, Sofr, ChartGPT, Figma...

(External) Evaluation of technical investment proposals:

  • Self-taught with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
  • Capability to comprehend technical documentation (tax rulings, patents, etc.).
  • Aptitude for simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to evaluate a CTO's performance.
  • Conduct assessments based on documentation and at companies seeking investment.
  • Analyze prototypes effectively.

A solid understanding of the French startup landscape is beneficial but not mandatory. However, a robust entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to engage in the company's strategic decision-making are essential attributes for the role of CTO Co-Founder Associate at Itera Innovation.
