Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Agent de Puériculture, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, while working collaboratively with our team of artists, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare and Education
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities for children, in collaboration with our team of artists and educators.
  • Provide individualized care and attention to each child, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the health and well-being of children.
• Teamwork and Communication
  • Work collaboratively with our team of educators, artists, and healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive and supportive environment for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for children.
• Facilities and Operations
  • Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Assist with daily operations, including meal preparation and cleaning.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • Hold a CAP in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
• Skills and Qualities
  • Be passionate about early childhood education and development.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
