Job Title: Hotel Operator - Culinary Expert
GROUPE ACPPA - LE ROCHER is seeking a skilled Hotel Operator - Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Service Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Culinary Operations: Manage the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure that all culinary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed, including HACCP standards, to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Culinary Qualifications: A CAP/BEP in cuisine or culinary production, or equivalent experience in the culinary industry.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
