About the Role We are seeking a Business Unit Controller to strengthen our team. As a Business Unit Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating Controlling activities at BU level, acting as an interface between Plant Controllers and Division Controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Group culture, targets, and policies, with particular focus on HSE as priority.
  • Provide accurate Reporting package to Division and Group.
  • Support BU VP and Business Unit management team in decision making, providing all needed analysis.
  • Contribute to reach BU Leadership team targets through a continuous improvement approach.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, Controlling, or equivalent.
  • Proven solid experience in Finance and Controlling management within complex international environment.
  • Strong leadership skills for reporting team management and cross-function management.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Target-oriented.
  • Outstanding communication and change management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability for travel.
