Job Role: Workspace Design and Implementation Specialist

As a leading insurance group committed to mutualism, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Workspace Optimization Project Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our workspace design to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee well-being.

Mission Description
  • Develop and execute the real estate optimization strategy to minimize workspace costs while maximizing value.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough workspace usage analyses in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients to understand their space requirements, propose innovative solutions, and assess the impact of proposed changes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal clients throughout space optimization programs.
  • Manage feasibility studies and develop design scenarios that align with the overall real estate optimization strategy.
  • Share your expertise in layout design, interior architecture, furniture selection, and signage implementation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to workspace layout standards, regulations, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Effectively communicate and advocate for proposed solutions to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, optimize resource allocation, and actively participate in budget planning.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders, including workstations, construction teams, logistics, purchasing, IT, HR, communication departments, and external suppliers.
  • Organize and facilitate productive meetings with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and progress updates.
  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance on real estate-related matters.
  • Structure projects effectively, define operating rules, and implement processes to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high quality standards.
  • Analyze project results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Profile
  • Proven architectural and technical expertise; site experience is a valuable asset.
  • In-depth understanding of layout standards, ergonomics, spatial usage, building morphology, and current technical and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in modeling techniques (spatial and temporal).
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Analytical skills in assessing user needs and applicable standards.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
