We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Accounting Department at Simard Industrial Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and organizing job data from project supervisors, entering detailed invoice data into Track Software, and assisting with data entry and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and organizing job data from project supervisors
- Entering detailed invoice data into Track Software
- Assisting with data entry and reporting
- Monitoring Outlook inboxes
Requirements include:
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, particularly Excel
- Track Software experience
- Skilled data entry (50WPM+)
- Minimum one year work experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
