ISCOD, a leader in Digital Learning training, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for its partner organization, which focuses on sourcing talent for logistics and service sector roles. This position is part of our state-recognized diploma training programs, which cater to various educational levels from Bac+2 to Bac+5 (Associate's to Master's degrees).
Role Overview:
- Identify and shortlist candidates that align with the agency's requirements
- Conduct candidate sourcing activities (job advertisements, partnerships, candidate engagement)
- Manage and oversee the candidate database and agency's temporary staffing records
- Present job opportunities to candidates, assess their fit, and assign them accordingly
- Monitor job placements, ensure mission tracking, and document information in our systems
- Fulfill client expectations in accordance with their specifications
Candidate Profile:
- Skilled in using digital tools (Word/Excel/Outlook/Internet)
- Team-oriented, with strong communication skills, capable of multitasking while maintaining professionalism, energy, and excellent customer service
- Possesses strong interpersonal abilities, adept at managing stress, proactive, collaborative, and focused on priorities and challenges
This role is suitable for individuals eligible for Bac+2 to Bac+5 training programs. Compensation will be based on educational qualifications and age. The company will fully fund the training.
