Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our North America Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue through affiliate, gifted, and paid influencer programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage influencer and affiliate platforms, developing and maintaining relationships with affiliates and managing our ongoing influencer gifting program.
- Drive revenue through our affiliate program, working closely with our PR & Partnerships Manager and PR Coordinator to negotiate rates and manage contracts.
- Assist with paid influencer marketing, including negotiating rates and managing contracts.
- Provide monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners, with a strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Lots of energy and the ability to take on large workloads while maintaining a cool head.
- Competitive salary up to $70,000 based on experience.
