About the Role:
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor and participate in the maintenance of residences, including identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Manage tenant relations, including informing residents of their rights and duties, and resolving any complaints or queries
- Collect rent and charges, and follow up on late payments
- Participate in pre-legal actions and welcome new residents
- Suggest improvements to our services and facilities
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a related field
- Good writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and initiative-driven, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Autonomous and able to work independently
