About the Role

The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on various water treatment projects, including production of potable water, wastewater treatment, and desalination. This role will involve working closely with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of BIM-enabled projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and processes to meet project objectives and client requirements.
  • Define BIM workflows, processes, and data management procedures to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Recommend and implement BIM software and tools to support project needs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure BIM is integrated into the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for the project.
  • Coordinate BIM activities with other disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM implementation on industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in BIM software and tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to deliver BIM-enabled projects.
