We are seeking a seasoned Business Consultant with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector to support a complex project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the ability to establish strong professional relationships with customers. This role demands exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Organize and run workshops with the client to lead the Discovery & Design Phases, understand client operations, processes and systems.
  • Articulate the right questions to extract business as well as technical requirements to gather, understand, structure and analyze business needs.
  • Determine the potential solutions for both technical and business compatibility.
  • Write detailed functional specifications (FSDs) / use cases / user stories, including designs, diagrams... to transform business needs into requirements that development team can build and deliver successfully.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects and customers to design and deploy robust ecommerce solutions across omni-channel.
  • Validate implementation versus requirements to make sure that customers' needs match the solution.
  • Maintain continuous updates to the FSDs to document changes in scope.
  • Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the e-commerce and telecommunications industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in business analysis software and tools.
