IT and Central Costs Financial Controller – Mobility Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Mobility Financial Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing IT costs and Capex, as well as controlling central Mobility Business Line costs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage IT costs and Capex, ensuring a ROI-driven culture and providing visibility into Business Line IT spend.
- Implement a robust IT costs, resources, and IT Capex monitoring framework to track costs per individual projects and versus forecasts/budgets.
- Monitor IT spend, IT resources (FTEs), and IT Capex, ensuring maximum ROI and avoiding duplication of costs between local, regional, and global entities.
- Provide visibility into chargebacks to different entities, ensuring maximum efficiency of Group spending and avoiding duplication of costs/contracts.
- Support entities in preparing Investment Committee supporting presentations, liaising between stakeholders (Finance, DMS, Global Tech, entities).
- Control central costs of the Business Line, ensuring monthly closing cadence and timely reporting of costs.
- Perform timely analyses to ensure accuracy of results, identifying root causes for gaps between budget/forecasts and actual results.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of central costs of the Business Line and provide visibility to internal stakeholders on their actual teams' costs versus budgets.
- Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years working experience in management control or finance business partnering roles, preferably in a multi-national company.
- Good knowledge of Accounting and IFRS standards.
- Excellent ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools.
- Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management knowledge is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe.
- Fast-learner and ability to deal with a multitude of stakeholders.
- Ability to challenge and be also a partner to the local management team.
- English and French fluency (both spoken & written) is required.
- Good communicator, with ability to easily switch between big picture view and detailed view.
