About the Role

As a skilled metalworker, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling complex maritime equipment in our state-of-the-art workshops. Our company, Chantiers de l'Atlantique, relies on cutting-edge technology to design and build innovative equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the work area by setting up collective and individual protective equipment, as well as specialized tools.
• Using plans, create detailed drawings of the equipment and utilize measurement and control tools (calipers, level).
• Ensure the fabrication and assembly of equipment components.
• Prepare joints with precision to facilitate the work of welders.
• Anticipate and plan for various stages to ensure the equipment meets quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN) to enhance your work process.

About You

We are looking for a rigorous and autonomous individual with a solid background in metalworking, welding, or a related field. You should be comfortable working in a team environment.
