Concepteur-Vendeur is a specialist in recruitment in the housing, furniture, interior design, and decoration sectors. We are looking for a Technicien Electromenager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair home appliances at the client's residence and on the first visit.
- Anticipate interventions by conducting a pre-diagnostic search for faults.
- Manage your order book for spare parts.
- Advise clients on the proper use of their appliances, provide expert advice to increase the lifespan of their products, and offer them subscription offers.
- Be assisted by a remote support service to facilitate the resolution of faults: it is above all a team work.
No routine: the intervention locations, client exchanges, and challenges are different every day. There is a strong sense of mutual aid internally and a fluid communication between managers and colleagues. The perspectives for evolution are real.
