Position Overview:

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
- Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and Vice President to assess financial performance and trends.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and essential stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth prospects.
- Team Development: Assemble and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
