CoStar Group, France is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data build process.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Vice President of European Research to develop and implement data structures and processes that support our business goals.
- Work closely with in-country Directors and Managers to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems that drive data quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a suite of KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time insights into our data performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and data formats, including SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and other formats.
- Support all work management and quality control processes to ensure the highest quality data.
- Identify and address opportunities to improve data quality and integrity, ensuring robust quality assurance processes are in place.
- Provide regular performance updates to European and Global Leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Monitor and evaluate headcount needs to ensure optimal staffing levels and individual productivity.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with database technology and proficiency in dealing with data formats, including SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and other formats.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including structured and unstructured data, as well as predictive and descriptive data.
- Strong understanding of data integrity and governing legislation, such as GDPR.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry is an asset, but not essential.
