KSIUS GYM CLUB est à la recherche d'un entraîneur de cross-training passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Nous sommes un club de sport innovant, spécialisé dans la boxe et le cross-training, et nous nous engageons à offrir un service de qualité supérieure à notre clientèle.
Horaires de travail :
Lundi au samedi : 12H à 14H / 18H à 20H
Votre mission :
- Fournir des séances d'entraînement de haute qualité, tant en individuel qu'en groupe.
- Élaborer et animer un programme de coaching adapté aux besoins des clients.
- Encourager et responsabiliser les clients dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs de fitness.
- Établir une relation de confiance avec les membres.
- Offrir des conseils et des corrections pour améliorer les performances des clients.
- Participer activement aux projets collectifs de l'établissement.
- Contribuer à la vente d'articles de sport et de nutrition.
- Assurer la propreté et l'entretien des installations.
Profil recherché :
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et avez une expertise en cross-training.
- Vous êtes à l'écoute et possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
- Vous êtes motivé(e) et capable de vous adapter aux besoins des clients.
- Vous êtes ponctuel(le), responsable et vous avez un bon état d'esprit.
- Vous êtes persévérant(e), engagé(e) et appréciez le travail en équipe.
