Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nutritional Product Formulation Specialist to join our team at Ceva Santé Animale. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for defining and organizing formulation activities, ensuring compliance with current requirements in terms of scientific and technological knowledge and regulations for nutritional products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and create formulation activities, ensuring priorities are respected, in liaison with the non-pharmaceutical development manager.
  • Keep abreast of the market, competitors, and trends to propose innovative and sustainable products.
  • Propose a stable formula in its appropriate and potentially patentable primary packaging, and monitor stability studies.
  • Act as a Project Manager for nutritional development in the supervision of the CDMO.
  • Define manufacturing parameters and support the industrialization team during production of the first batches.
  • Manage laboratory equipment and propose necessary investments.
  • Ensure the follow-up and maintenance of quality documentation within its scope.
  • Preferably write test reports in English, development reports, and galenic transfer reports.
  • Manage production planning and equipment availability.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with an engineering degree in animal nutrition or agri-food. You should have solid experience in formulating nutritional products for animals, a good command of Microsoft Office, and be comfortable writing in English. You should also be autonomous, reactive, rigorous, organized, and have real adaptability skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
