Role Overview

We are seeking two Independent Real Estate Consultants for our EA Hyères agency, focusing on the following regions:

  • Sanary-sur-Mer / La Seyne-sur-Mer / Six-Fours-les-Plages
  • Hyères

As part of our agency, you will collaborate with fellow consultants and the agency director. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, valuing personal attributes and enthusiasm as much as prior experience in real estate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prospecting unique properties within designated areas
  • Uncovering new and exclusive real estate opportunities
  • Engaging with potential sellers and buyers
  • Assessing property values in your area of focus
  • Enhancing the agency's reputation and driving revenue growth
  • Marketing properties to your client network
  • Conducting property viewings, providing guidance, and facilitating negotiations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
