At LiveWire, we're pushing the boundaries of motorcycling innovation. As our EMEA Service and Maintenance Lead, you'll oversee all Service and Maintenance aspects of the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service best practices and procedures to support our dealer network.
  • Educate and train the network on new service and warranty content.
  • Provide customer and dealer product information to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform pre- and post-litigation motorcycle inspections and work with customers and dealers to resolve concerns.
  • Support targeted dealer training and skill set improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide input and feedback.
  • Manage service tickets in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a service function.
  • Knowledge of technical services, warranty, and consumer affairs.
  • Prefer experience equivalent to a master level technician.
  • SAP system knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of motorcycles, service, repair, and culture.
