Nissan Energy is seeking a highly skilled V2X Product Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a strategic role in developing and implementing innovative energy solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategy plans for future energy business concepts.
- Design and execute experiments/proofs of concept that are intuitive and exceptionally planned.
- Manage operations related to assigned projects and services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate innovations and make strategic recommendations.
- Work with the team and other regional and global functional teams to consolidate different viewpoints, clarify problem statements, identify strategy, and develop high-impact solutions.
- Leverage your unique experiences and perspective to help us think creatively about how to approach many of the biggest challenges and opportunities.
- University degree required, master's degree in engineering preferred.
- +5 years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector, charging infrastructure, e-mobility.
- Ideal candidate will have product experience including the evaluation of innovations and technology leading to building business cases, business plans, commercial product plans, and/or engagements with internal or external partners.
- English skills for written and verbal communications required.
- Self-Starter: Candidate should have a bias for meaningful action and a strong intellectual curiosity; ability to drive forward solutions in ambiguous situations.
- Problem Solving/Process Improvement: Candidate should be an organized, structured problem solver with a proven ability to think analytically.
- Effective Communicator: Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills necessary. The ability to effectively communicate strategy, status, progress, issues, and changes to diverse audiences.
- Customer Advocate: Candidate should have a customer focus and a clear understanding that customer needs are the essential driver of a successful project.
- Change Agent: Candidate should have demonstrated performance as a leader of change, regardless of position or function; be willing to challenge the status quo; be able to handle resistance to change and engender support for change in others.
- Project Management: Candidate should have managed multiple projects, demonstrating increasing responsibility commensurate with sound project management and organizational skills.
