**Exciting Opportunity: CNC Operator in a Leading Medical Devices Company**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Adsearch. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in a small workshop setting, including assembly and setup of machine tools, autonomous adjustment and fine-tuning of machines, quality and production control, troubleshooting and corrective actions, programming for new parts, and maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assemble and set up machine tools to meet production requirements
• Adjust and fine-tune machines to optimize performance and efficiency
• Conduct quality and production control to ensure high-quality products
• Troubleshoot and take corrective actions to resolve production issues
• Program new parts and maintain machine tools

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

• Background in machining and experience with Mori Seiki or Citizen machines
• Ability to read intricate mechanical drawings and interpret technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
