Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Commercial Feature Team at Teads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new features on our cloud-based, omnichannel platform, which enables programmatic digital advertising across a global ecosystem of quality digital media.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Product Team to understand, map, and analyze our current business procedures in relation to business processes.
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Develop and implement new features defined by the Product Team and needed by the Business Team using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows.
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications using different programming languages (e.g., Scala).
- Evaluate costs and benefits of future development for existing software and present proposals to the main stakeholders.
- Good programming abilities, with testing your code being second nature.
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to gather and synthesize requirements, create a solution matching said requirements, test it, roll it out, and train people on it.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage communication laterally and upwards.
- Ability to be heavily multi-tasking (involved in a lot of projects and business streams in parallel).
