Job Description: Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities, contributing to a positive and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures, and fittings to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service.
- Proven experience in general building maintenance, engineering, or construction.
- Trade qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in operating various tools and equipment.
