ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Gelato Artist at Amorino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and upselling our products, and creating custom gelato roses for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and advise customers on our products and services
- Know and promote all Amorino products and recipes
- Take orders and provide quality service as Gelato Artist
- Prepare all orders as per request, adhering to Amorino guidelines
- Open, close, and maintain the smooth running of store operations
- Ensure the proper receipt of product deliveries
- Conduct inventory and restock
PROFILE
We are looking for a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who is passionate about customer service and has a confident, professional, and welcoming personality. A good level of English is also required.
WORKING HOURS
The opening hours of our stores may vary depending on the location, but a wide range of hours is often practiced (7 days a week, from 10 am to 1.30 am). We are therefore primarily looking for people who are also available in the evenings and on the weekends.
