As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. Your expertise in reinforced concrete structures will be essential in ensuring the structural integrity and feasibility of each design.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop precise technical drawings based on project specifications, utilizing your proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan) for 3D modeling of concrete structures.
• Design formwork and reinforcement plans in 3D, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to make necessary adjustments to plans and ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct structural calculations and analyze the feasibility of proposed solutions, contributing to the overall success of each project.
• Participate in project meetings and effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Structural Drafter specializing in reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong command of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan) and proficiency in 3D modeling techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of concrete structure design principles and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
