Position Title: HVAC Project Coordinator

Company Overview: Hervé Thermique, a prominent entity within the Energy Services Division of the HERVE Group, boasts a rich history of 50 years in delivering exceptional service to its clientele.

Position Summary: We are in search of an HVAC Project Coordinator who will report directly to the Fast Works Activity Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team of 10 professionals. This role involves managing projects valued up to €800K for both commercial and industrial sectors. Key responsibilities encompass performing sizing calculations, creating operational diagrams, and developing execution plans within the HVAC domain. Additionally, you will engage in cost estimation and liaise with suppliers to ensure project success. Close collaboration with Site Managers will be essential as you propose effective technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable technical position. Proficiency in technical calculations and drafting within the HVAC sector is required, preferably with experience in REVIT. The ideal individual will be curious, energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
