Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Employee to join our team at our Ecully site.

Reporting to the team leader or manager, the Restaurant Employee will be responsible for various activities on a systematic or occasional basis. This may include food preparation, service setup, and maintaining the dining area in a clean and orderly condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the conformity of products used and DLCs.
  • Prepare all products and assemble them according to the technical sheet (cold preparations, desserts, sandwiches).
  • Presentation of the production.
  • Responsible for stocking different display cases, considering the product's shelf life and visual quality, as well as the cleanliness of the equipment.
  • Participate in setting up the dining area (tables, chairs, salt, pepper).
  • Receive and store deliveries.
  • Accommodate and serve customers.
  • Promote products.
  • Respect hygiene rules.
  • Participate in cleaning.
  • Clean equipment used.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food safety risks.
  • Able to manage priorities.
  • Take initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Employed poly-competent with a diploma path and a title in catering.
  • Certificate of aptitude for a poly-competent employee in catering.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time CDI position at the Clinique Mon Repos in Ecully (69130).

Variable hours (morning, afternoon, evening).

5 days a week and 1 weekend every 2 weeks.
