Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the commercialization of vehicles to end customers, ensuring high-quality online listings, and selling vehicles in stock and out of stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales volume targets and associated services volume (financing, warranties, etc.)
- Implement a communication strategy for vehicles in stock and out of stock in collaboration with the team leader
- Create online vehicle listings within specified deadlines
- Inspect vehicle equipment upon arrival
- Adjust vehicle communication upon physical stock arrival if needed
- Ensure proper photo quality according to brand standards
- Ensure compliance of media ads with brand recommendations
- Ensure sufficient visibility of ads to meet sales objectives
- Ensure vehicles are marketed strategically
- Maintain stock of assigned vehicles
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Adhere to company procedures and directives
- Respect confidentiality of customer information
- Ensure order documentation accuracy and timely delivery
- Record sales cycle details on company intranet
- Conduct road tests and report findings to supervisor
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills and customer focus
- IT proficiency and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license required
