We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Natixis NY Branch. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate investments, including monitoring receivables and commitments, maintaining relationships with agents and credit parties, and negotiating waivers and amendments to financing contracts.

You will work closely with our Funds Operations and Funds Admin teams to ensure the performance of underlying assets, credit risk, and debt scoring. Your excellent analytical and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage and negotiate with stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our real estate investment management platform.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate investments, including monitoring receivables and commitments
