L'Immobilière du Moulin Vert is a leading ESH based in Paris with a rich portfolio of properties across Ile-de-France. As a member of the acclaimed Habitat en Région group, we are committed to providing quality social housing.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the properties and surroundings
  • Oversee site security and handle minor repairs
  • Manage administrative tasks for assigned programs
Requirements:
  • Holder of a Gardien d'Immeubles certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in technical and regulatory aspects of property management
  • Dynamism, autonomy, conflict management skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Immoware (PIH)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Open to candidates with disabilities
