Production Supervisor

SOPREMA Entreprises is a leading global manufacturer of innovative and sustainable building solutions. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to oversee the operations of our non-woven fabric manufacturing facility in Mazamet.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality natural and recycled fabrics used across various industries, including horticulture, viticulture, insulation, bedding, and packaging.

• Lead and motivate a team of 15 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of production, encompassing manufacturing processes, maintenance, logistics, quality control, and scheduling.
• Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, meet customer demands, and achieve cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, safeguarding the well-being of personnel and assets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate comprehensive reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage the procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess:
