Your Responsibilities:

- Honor each child's background and adhere to the guidelines established by Child Welfare
- Encourage independence in material, social, and emotional aspects
- Oversee household finances, engaging children in age-appropriate ways

- Strong ability to form emotional connections

- Skills in mentoring children through their educational journeys
