We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead our LPG project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the project, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.
The Project Engineering Manager will coordinate all project activities, manage the project team, and represent the company towards clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Guarantee the execution of the assigned project, from design to commissioning, ensuring respect of contract terms and risk management.
- Manage contract variations and claims with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and partners during contract execution.
- Implement project management tools and improve processes based on feedback.
- Assist in ensuring the implementation and updating of standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Exchange experiences and best practices with colleagues.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering/EPC projects is required. Previous experience as Project Engineering Manager or Project Manager in the Oil & Gas industry is essential. Familiarity with managing large datasets and knowledge of estimating software are advantages. Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment are mandatory.
Fluent English is required, and knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset.
