Job Summary
We are seeking two Contentious Claims Managers to join our team on a 5-month contract. As a key member of our contentieux team, you will be responsible for contributing to the recovery of claims that have entered a pre-contentious or contentious phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the recovery of claims through negotiation and communication with debtors
- Inform and educate members on their rights and obligations, and provide support in their claims processes
- Discuss possible resolution options with debtors and implement the contentious claims process as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Rigorous and methodical approach to work
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and report to management
- Interest in numbers and data analysis
