We are currently seeking a talented Financial Operations Support Specialist to enhance our Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the precise and timely entry of invoice and payment information into our financial software.
- Reconcile all corporate bank accounts and accurately input reconciliation data into our accounting systems.
- Conduct month-end and year-end reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, ensuring the maintenance of precise financial records.
- Engage in all accounting functions in accordance with established accounting principles and guidelines.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of financial data and ensure its protection through regular database backups.
- Report directly to the Head of Accounting.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in both Greek and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
