Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Automotive Cells Company - ACC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for optimizing the maintenance of our production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols
• Equipment Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner
  • Identify and implement opportunities for equipment improvement and optimization
• Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
  • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with safety protocols and procedures
• Quality and Safety
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for quality and safety improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as maintenance or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
