Senior IT Services Sourcing Strategist

A challenging role awaits a seasoned professional in the realm of IT services procurement. As part of AXA Group Operations, you will be instrumental in driving the company's transformation into a sustainable tech-led entity. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance through technology and innovation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT service pricing models, including SLAs for services. They will also have knowledge of key contractual clauses and stakeholders involved in IT services negotiations. Fluency in English is essential, with another European language being a plus. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to work seamlessly within a global, multicultural environment. Their ability to collaborate with leadership teams and drive results in an agile mode will be invaluable. With at least 8 years of experience in procurement, including 3 years in IT services negotiation, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced international setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure upstream procurement involvement within IT stakeholders.
- Proactively manage contract lifecycles, renegotiating, alternative solutions, and compliance issues as necessary.
- Challenge business needs, engaging in dialogues to set optimal conditions for benefits realization. Gather requirements across AXA Services and Group entities to secure the best deals for AXA Group.
- Define negotiation strategies with internal stakeholders, involving executives when required. Drive contractual negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Security, Operational Resilience).
- Provide the procurement network with key information on negotiated deals, promoting adherence to these agreements across AXA Entities.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including new suppliers, technologies, and substitution products. Lead Vendor Account Management at a global or local level, ensuring alignment with the Vendor Management framework. Organize executive review meetings with senior executives as needed.
- Participate in the development of IT Services category strategies, involving internal stakeholders and sourcing business partners. Actively support the IT community in their daily operations.
