Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Applications Engineer to join our team at Arrow France SAS. As a Graduate Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers, working closely with our internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Provide technical guidance and support to customers on Arrow's products, services, and solutions, including:

  • Technical knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Arrow's products, services, and solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Design expertise: Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
  • Product validation: Engage suppliers to assist with product validation to ensure that the products meet the customer's requirements and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Key Point of Contact: Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met.
  • System cost down advice: Suggest solutions and techniques which can benefit the overall cost of the Bills Of Material (BOM) or improve availability of parts in respect to lead times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Business fluent French and English (oral & written).
  • Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
  • Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
  • Flexibility and geographical mobility.
