Identity and Access Management Specialist

Axway is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our Global IT Team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Solutions Group (CSG), you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for user services and application access
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement and manage user access to systems, applications, and data
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements
- Perform assessments and audits of IAM systems as directed by CSG management
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Update processes and procedures as necessary
- Demonstrated success administrating Entra ID and M365
- Preferred 3 years relevant work experience and software experience: Entra ID/Microsoft O365
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation
- Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos
- Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS
- Experience with Entra ID/M365 automations using PowerShell
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management
- SC-300 (MS Identity and Access Administrator), AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) and AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator)
- CISSP, SANS GSEC, GCIH, GCIA, CompTIA Network+, Security+ or equivalent industry recognized certifications
- Security analytics experience
