Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of sales data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior business intelligence or analytics role, preferably within a sales or revenue-focused function.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with a proven track record of applying advanced analytical techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep and strategic understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
