In light of recent transformations, we are poised to establish ourselves as France's Leading International Corporate Bank. The current market dynamics present substantial growth prospects as we assist our clients in their global expansion and their journey towards achieving net zero.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Head of Wholesale COO Continental Europe and the Head of Wholesale Credit Risk Continental Europe to enhance and streamline credit processes.
- Assist the Head of Risk Oversight in fostering a proactive culture of credit and non-financial risk management within Corporate Banking.
- Support the management of risks associated with the Corporate Banking France portfolio, which encompasses credit risk, transition risk, operational risks, and other non-financial risks.
- Monitor relevant credit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective risk management.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with HBCE Credit & Risk teams to align practices, risk appetite, and implement process improvements.
- Share case studies and insights to enhance awareness of emerging risks, thereby improving credit quality and non-financial risk management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of essential credit and risk management tools.
- As designated by the Head of Risk Oversight, take ownership of Corporate Permanent Controls (CMA), SOX controls, CAC HBCE controls, and France Corporate Business Continuity Plans (BCP), along with managing audit risks and associated remediation action plans.
