Job Summary:

GLOBE GROUPE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Expert to join our team as a Dyson Brand Ambassador. This is a 6-month renewable fixed-term contract, working 28 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Dyson products are in excellent condition, cleaned, and ready to operate at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, quality of merchandising, and product placement to optimize sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, adhering to company standards.
• Engage customers with the latest innovations and build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Authentically demonstrate Dyson products, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Provide top-notch customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Report daily demonstration activities and customer feedback to management.
• Submit end-of-day performance reports, detailing sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and beauty/luxury retail environments.
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
