Job Title: IT Project Manager - SAP Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Guerbet, a global leader in medical imaging. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions across various regional entities, ensuring business solutions are used properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement evolutions and support SAP users in their daily activities
  • Ensure the stability and developments of SAP Core Model in line with business processes
  • Coordinate evolutions, work with internal and external teams, and support users in daily operations
  • Qualify and follow up defects raised by Key-Users until closure
  • Analyze and document new requirements with Business Key-Users
  • Manage Non Regression Tests
  • Leverage functional knowledge and training to assist end users in identification and resolution of basic issues
  • Contribute to functional support documentation, including improvement recommendations
  • Communicate issue, request, or problem status to all parties as appropriate
  • Facilitate and actively participate in functional activities as they relate to application configuration
  • Coordinate and support planned application or system outages for maintenance primarily impacting assigned areas of work
  • Assist with documentation of test scenarios for Technical Unit Testing/Functional Unit Testing/UAT test phases
  • Manage user-ids and authorizations
  • Assist with delivering training capabilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technologies or Business related degree with an emphasis on business information systems or an equivalent combination of job experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a competence center or in an IT consulting company with several project life cycle implementations
  • Configuration experience on SAP S/4HANA is required
  • Experience supporting the following SAP Modules: PP, MM, PM, WM (Demand to Supply, Procurement to Pay)
  • Technical knowledge in Basis administration, development (Abap, SAP PO, SAP BTP) are a plus
  • Solid understanding of Change Management concepts
  • Matrix organization experience will be appreciated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work on own initiatives and with minimum supervision but still a strong team player
  • Self-motivated
