Production Line Technician

About This Role
Dynamic RH is seeking a skilled Production Line Technician to join our client's operations in Andrézieux. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Verify line startup/restart conditions according to production documentation.
- Adjust settings using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Execute format changes on the production line.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with support teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess a CAP/BEP in general mechanics, machining, or automation, or equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a line operator or setup operator in an industrial setting.
- Be comfortable with rotating shift schedules (2*8/3*8) and weekend work.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A desire to contribute to a growing company and its success.
