About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stage Development of a Standardized System Architecture for Bogie. As a key member of our Safety and Reliability (RAMS) team, you will be responsible for developing a tool to list all modes of failure of the bogie on the entire range of sub-components of the various products offered by Alstom.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the functioning of the service and its role within the study office
- Capture and analyze existing data from existing analyses
- Exchange with various technical experts on mechanical systems
- Understand their functioning (Functional Analysis)
- Evaluate and anticipate their dysfunctions (AMDEC)
- Participate in AMDEC, Ishikawa, 8D analyses
- Propose an ergonomic solution for data processing and updating
Requirements
- Be a student in a mechanical engineering or general engineering program
- Be able to analyze and understand a mechanical system from a plan and a 3D model
- Mastery of Office tools and good knowledge of Excel and VBA programming
- Be motivated, autonomous, curious, and open-minded
- Have a good team spirit
- Have good analytical and synthesis skills
