Production Supervisor

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, with over thirty manufacturing and assembly plants worldwide. Our company specializes in producing and selling industrial batteries for Motive Power and Energy Systems markets for over 50 years.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Delaware.

• Oversee and enhance production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Guarantee the smooth functioning of production equipment, conducting regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting any issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Effectively manage and motivate a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality compliance standards.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or a relevant technical degree. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software is required. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.
