We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flooding/River Modelling Engineer to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing technical expertise in flooding and river modelling.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Develop and implement flooding and river modelling solutions
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage and maintain our quality management system
- Contribute to business development and tender submissions
- 7-10 years of post-graduate experience in flooding and river modelling
- Honours degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in preparing flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling
- Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and floodplain management principles
- Proficiency in GIS software and data management
- Chartered status or equivalent qualification preferred
