The Team Leader Cleaning Operations will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 5 people to ensure the production of cleaning services meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, regulate, and control the activities of the cleaning team.
- Ensure the team adheres to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Implement actions from the progress plan validated by the hierarchy.
- Transmit information upwards and downwards.
- Organize the welcome and training of new team members.
- Regulate the team's functioning to optimize working conditions and social climate.
- Ensure the application of procedures and instructions related to the job.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The compensation package includes a fixed salary (x 13) + Interest + Profit Participation + Company Savings Plan.
Working Hours15:00 to 22:30.
